WHAT IS GREENWICH NETBALL ALL ABOUT?
At Greenwich Netball we are proud to say that we accept all abilities. So whether you are an experienced Netball player, have a keen interest in health and fitness or simply want to make new friends, please come along! You can be a competitive member, commit to just training sessions or be involved in our social side - it's entirely up to you! We currently have 2 competitive teams within the BUCS League, both in different divisions. Every year, Team Greenwich come together to compete in a university wide Varsity against another uni.
Wednesday evenings are our designated social nights. Not only will our usual bevvy games take place, but this year we have planned to expand our social meetings to cater for covid regulations and all types of members. So whether you're interested in a couple drinks and some music, yoga sessions in the park or a Sunday afternoon brunch UoG Netball is the club for you. As the year comes to a close you won't want to miss out on some of our favourite social events, including VARSITY, TOUR, Netball's Charity Tournament, Sports Awards and much more!
CHARITY OF THE YEAR
This year, we at Greenwich Netball have decided to choose the British Heart Foundation as our charity of the year. It is a charity that we as a committee are very passionate about. We will be hosting various events over the course of the year to raise as much money and awareness as possible for this amazing charity. We hope you are keen to get involved and show your support!
IMPORTANT DATES
We've also got lots of exciting social events happening with the club. Head to our Facebook page to find out more!
