Person making cocktail at Candy Shack

Cocktail bar and custom milkshake parlour opens at Avery Hill campus in The Dome and the Village Shop.

Greenwich Students' Union (GSU) has opened up a new bar in The Dome to help foster a lively community at Avery Hill campus. It's all part of our plan to ensure that every student has a great time at all three of our campuses, Avery Hill, Greenwich, and Medway.

GSU invites you to make life a little sweeter at the Candy Shack.

By day, you can create a custom milkshake at the Village Shop. Build up from a base of Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or banana and add on delicious treats like Maltesers, Twix, Kinder Bueno, Oreo, Galaxy, or mini marshmallow. All of our new shakes come with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

By night, we're open in The Dome, serving up a taste of the tuck shop. We've created candy themed cocktails to delight and excite your taste buds. We're also serving up mocktails and your favourite spirits too.

For all of our opening hours, please check the Candy Shack webpage, or look at the What's on on the GSU website.

We would love to see what you've created at the Candy Shack, head to @averyhillgsu on Instagram and share your shake or show off your sweet cocktail.
