We're having a Wicked makeover!

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is temporarily becoming "GreenWitch" to celebrate the cinematic release of the movie musical "Wicked" on 22 November.

The University is changing for the next two weeks to become the University of GreenWitch; in turn, we are GreenWitch Students' Union!

Come dressed as your favourite character to our Wicked Wavey Wednesday on 20th November - sip on magical cocktails and mocktails, and defy gravity on the dance floor! From now until 24 November, you can check out some exciting feature installations outside the Dreadnought Building to celebrate the movie – it’s a great spot for a Wicked selfie!

Collect a free map from GreenWitch Tourist Information Centre or download one at VisitGreenWitch and embark on a spell-binding walking trail, spotting magical new road signs along the way.

The trail begins at the Tourist Information Centre and on to the entrance to Greenwich Foot Tunnel to view a special plaque. Next travel along GreenWitch High Road and past the perfectly named Green Café and GreenWitch Picturehouse cinema, and onto the dazzling roof installation and archways at GreenWitch Market. After this, walk through the University of GreenWitch, taking note of the waterfall installation, 'University of GreenWitch’ Globe and ‘University of GreenWitch’ signage to guide the way.

Partners involved in “GreenWitch” include VisitGreenwich, Royal Borough of Greenwich, Greenwich Market, University of Greenwich, Greenwich Student’s Union, and Greenwich Picturehouse.
