The most important tool on your admin tools is the Activities Dashboard - This is where you will submit all events to be approved by GSU.

Why do we use the Activities Dashboard?

The Activities Dashboard is used to register events and activities with the GSU, in order to get them approved by GSU staff. Regardless of the event or activity type you are planning, all Student Group activities needs to be registered on dashboard. This is so the GSU can make sure your event or planned activity is covered by your annual risk assessment, and is safe to carry out.

Activities Dashboard is also where you can request to book university or union-owned rooms and venue space and request an external speaker. Please include as much information about your event as possible in your Activity Request. The clearer your plan, the more the GSU team will be able to help support you.

Accessing Activities Dashboard

We can only approve and support your events when you give us enough time and information to do so. We recommend at least 2 weeks notice for any small activity and up to 6 weeks for larger more complex activity such as conferences

If you have any questions about events, activities or the dashboard, contact your coordinator at  activities@greenwich.ac.uk
