Take a midweek pause to focus on your mental and physical wellbeing with Wellbeing Wednesday. This event is all about relaxation, self-care, and connecting with others in a positive, supportive environment. 

What’s on the schedule? 

🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness Activities – Zen gardens, Puzzles and colouring.

🎨 Creative Wellness – Therapeutic crafts and art activities to soothe the mind. 

💡 Wellbeing Tips & Talks – Practical advice for managing stress, boosting mood, and staying balanced. 

🤝 Community Connection – Share and support one another in a friendly, open space.
