Booking GSU spaces

The Union's Room Booking System allows students to view the availability of our meeting rooms.

Student groups can book out our meeting rooms by requesting access to our system by emailing gsuroombookings@greenwich.ac.uk

Individual students can book out a room for academic group work, rooms are not for individual use.

All other parties (University of Greenwich, external organisations, commercial partners) can also use the booking form.

You may need to complete a Risk Assessment, we have provided a template you can follow, click here.

Please be aware of our Room Booking Policy.

Covid-Safety Update

Room bookings can only be made by booking directly with GSU. There will be no walk-in bookings available. This is to ensure the rooms are cleaned and sanitised after each meeting.

The protocol now means that students will be required to approach reception when their room booking starts and will be asked to leave promptly when their booking session has ended. This will ensure that the rooms are kept clean after each booking.

The capacity of each room has been impacted by social distancing measures. However, layouts have been amended and clear signage around the rooms has been provided.

Atrium - the whole area

The SU side of the Atrium can be cleared out completed to accommodate any type of event that you require.

Most recently we held out Sports and Society awards within the Atrium and it went exceptionally well. To hold an event such as this would require a extensive amount of planning and can only be booked with 3 months’ notice and out of term time.
