Greenwich

Our reception in the Dreadnought building is on the Ground floor, just off the Atrium.

It's open from 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday (times vary during holiday periods).

Make use of our great facilities, like the free charging ports, WiFi, bookable rooms.

The Dreadnought building is open Monday to Friday 8am - 10pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am - 5pm (times vary during holiday periods).

Medway

The Hub is where you'll find the SUs Universities of Greenwich, University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University at the shared Universities at the Medway campus in Chatham Maritime. Check out their website.

Dreadnought Building

Dreadnought Building is the main building of the Students Union. You can find here your Full-time Officers, our Advice Team, the Lower Deck and Lookbook our merch shop. You can come and ask any information you want about our Sports clubs, Societies and other services. Dreadnought Building is located in Greenwich Campus.

Lower Deck

Lower Deck is your Students' Union venue for food, drink and entertainment on Greenwich Campus. A lot of our events are taking place here so come often and check our social media for upcoming ones. Lower Deck is in the basement of Dreadnought Building. This amazing venue has six spaces to enjoy!

Greenwich Lookbook

Lookbook is our student-led merch shop, found in the Dreadnought building on the Greenwich campus, and also available online. The merch shop is inclusive, not-for-profit, and sustainable. Come get your Greenwich merch!

Stockwell Street

Stockwell Building houses the Greenwich campus Library, as well as some of your academic rooms. There is also a café that sells Starbucks coffee and an art gallery. You can easily find the Stockwell Building on Stockwell Street, opposite the Ibis Hotel.

McMillan Student Village

McMillan Student Village is located on Creek road and is only a 10 to 15 minute walk (five-minute bus journey) from Greenwich Campus.

Cutty Sark Hall

Cutty Sark Hall forms part of a development right in the heart of Greenwich above the Cutty Sark Dockland Light Railway (DLR) station. It is amongst the shops that are only a few minutes walk from the Greenwich Campus.

Daniel Defoe Hall

Daniel Defoe Hall is located next to the Greenwich and Docklands Light Railway station. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the main Greenwich Campus.

Devonport House

Devonport House is located on King William Walk, you'll spot it because of the big statue outside. It's in-between Stockwell Street and Dreadnought.

Tudor Café

Your SU Café at Avery Hill is not-for-profit, which means every penny you spend goes back into running services for you! 

In the Tudor Café, we proudly serve Starbucks coffee alongside a great selection of cakes and pastries. The Dome

The Dome is right at the heart of Avery Hill campus. There is space to relax, work, and chat with your friends. The Dome has work stations, a café, and, of course, the University Gym. We have set u a bar and a projector here to make it an amazing social space for you.

Airdome is there to protect you from the rain when you are playing sports outdoors. It can be found behind the Avery Hill campus Halls.

Travelling between campuses

 

There is a university-run inter-campus bus service for students and staff. The service between Avery Hill and Greenwich is free, while the one to Medway requires a ticket.
