Aim

To get more students’ registered to vote and to engage in the political process of the General Election.

General Election 2015 is looking like one of the most important general elections for students ever, with key issues such as the Healthcare, Education and the Economy vital to the lives of young people. It is important that students’ voices are heard by the political parties in Westminster and the best way to ensure that is by showing how important we are by turning out to vote at the ballot box. We aim to encourage voter participation by having voter registration drives to get students’ registered to vote. We will also be hosting debates with the prospective parliamentary party candidates on each of our three campuses.
