GIAG University of Greenwich OlympiadGet involved in the University of Greenwich Olympiad!

The Greenwich Olympiad (inspired by the glorious summer of 2012) is a multi-event competition that runs through the academic year. Supported by the Vice –Chancellor, four teams, comprising staff and students, are going for gold. The teams are based in faculties, but also include administrative and technical staff – everyone can find a team for them!

Our Next Event - Mixed Cricket Tournament (Friday 21st June)

Though summer is still not here, and we all patiently await some sun the next Olympiad event promises fun and excitement in an 11-player Mixed Cricket Tournament on Friday 21st June. 

You don’t need previous experience. If you are interested in participating please email your Team Captain (contact details listed above) and start building your team!

Format for the day: 2 rounds of 10 overs
Where? Avery  Hill Park
When? 21st June, from 4pm
Transport? Transport can be provided to and from Medway, (advanced booking needed to make sure the right size transport is booked for the team).
Practice? Bexley Grammar School has been booked for practice for all teams on the 14th June, although there might be places near by the campus the team may wish to arrange something closer.
