Molly's entrepreneurial spirit and love for the beauty and entertainment industry are her drive. She cultivated her skills during her time at Greenwich. She is a semi-finalist in the Entrepreneurship Challenge annual competition organised by the University with her business idea - colour me in:clusive. Her interest in beauty, confidence and creativity has prompted her to start her own businesses.

Colour me in:clusive is a platform for people of colour in the UK to have a place to be celebrated in the beauty industry. Molly felt like the beauty of Black Women was misrepresented and wanted to create an inclusive space celebrating all shades of colour. Her following venture during lockdown was MDMINKS - a growing lash business and community for lash techs.
